I offer an initial consultation for FREE. This usually lasts between 30-45mins. There is no obligation to continue with therapy. This provides a great opportunity for you and I to meet, discuss Hypnosis, NLP and what therapy at Hypnotherapy Lincoln entails. It gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have and for me to begin to get an idea of how I could best help you in your present situation. This way, when therapy does start, we can get straight to the core of the issue without having to spend paid time going through the main elements. There is no obligation at this stage to continue with therapy unless you have already made the decision that Hypnotherapy is right for you.

Weight Management Package

Package charged at £45/hr including individually designed sessions to suit your specific weight management goals, home session information and to support the work carried out in session. See for further information.

Postive Pregnancy & Childbirth Experience Package

Package charged at £50 per session with a minimum of 3 sessions required-extra cost to cover cds to be used before and during birth experience. See for further information. Special offer: Pay for 3 sessions prior to birth and receive half price follow up session after delivery. If 4 pre birth sessions are booked, receive 1 post birth session completely free!
